Thanks for all of the information! I would be happy to answer those questions for you. I just spoke with my rep at Lippert and your 2022 Keystone Sprinter 35BH has an 1116 pin box. To replace it you will want the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box item # GY43FR. This pin box has a 21,000 lbs capacity and a 3,500 lbs tongue weight.

The Gen-Y gooseneck pin boxes do not include safety chains. You will want the Safety Chain with 2 Hooks for Gen-Y 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box item # GY49GR. These are 84" long, have a 26,000 lbs capacity, and mount to the side of the Gen-Y pin boxes.

All of the Gen-Y pin boxes fit a 2-5/16" goose ball.

The best gooseneck ball and safety chain kit for your Ram Prep Package is going to be the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit for Ram Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch item # BWGNXA2062. The ball has a 30,000 lbs towing capacity and a handle to provide leverage when removing the greasy ball from the bed of the truck.
