Versatile BarBed
The BaseLine's BarBed is specifically designed to work with Yakima's entire line of crossbars.

In order to carry a cargo box and two j-style kayak carriers on a 2015 Toyota Highlander with flush rails you'll need to use at least a 70" crossbar. The problem with this is that most crossbars only have a certain amount of channel underneath to attach to the mounting feet so you can't just use order a larger bar. The Yakima Corebar however does not have this channel underneath so you can use part # Y00423 with part # Y53TR and part # Y00242 to fit all your accessories. view full answer...
I do have a way for you to transport your 4 kayaks with your 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 but unfortunately you won't be able to add crossbars or a ladder rack system to the truck bed with the tonneau cover installed. Any truck bed crossbar system will require mounting space either on the inside of the rails or on top of them and it looks like your cover would interfere with either of these designs.
Because of this your only option (if you want to keep the tonneau cover) is to go with a roof view full answer...
For a roof setup like what you have on your 2019 Ram 1500 I would much rather recommend you a roof rack that installs by grabbing the door frames like the Yakima Corebar rack part numbers # Y00423, # Y28TR, # Y06135 as we know this will work great on your truck and wouldn't possibly interfere with the panoramic roof or side air bags. I checked with Yakima and found that you will need a new set of towers and clips for your 2018 Honda CR-V. It looks like there was a generational change for the CR-V starting with the 2017 model that required a new fit for the roof rack hardware.
