I wanted a Base Plate where the power hook up connection and breakaway connection are not protruding from the plate when not in use. If you’re willing to do the extra work to mount the electrical connections separate, This unit works the best for that clean look.
This unit also comes with Baseplate Insert plugs, for extra clean look when not in use. eTrailer worked GREAT at replacing the base plate insert plugs that got crushed in the original shipment. Great Team that keeps me coming back for more !
Plate fits well and for the most part works well. The removable arms were hard to lock in place and I had to use an hammer to install . I have not been able to remove one of them. It seems the metal is cut a little off.

This base plate is great. Fast and easy install. etrailer is great to order from.
The product was fine but the shipping was a bit to be. The item was shipped but it was shipped to NC then went back to Mo. and then back to NC the box was ( it looked like Thay used a whole roll of tape to put the box back so it could be delivered
