The Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter # RP30156 referenced in your question is indeed the correct adapter for the factory rail kit on your 2018 Ford F-350. This will mount directly to the factory pucks in the truck bed to provide industry-standard, above-bed base rails for a fifth wheel hitch.

Your Andersen Ultimate Connection like # AM3200 will attach to the base rails that this adapter will provide, but I do advise against doing this. This is simply because using the Andersen with this system will technically be using an adapter on top of an adapter, which might create a lot of movement at the connection points and won't provide you with as sturdy of a setup when compared to using a standard fifth wheel hitch instead.

I recommend considering a fifth wheel hitch like the excellent Reese # RP30928. This 20K hitch features a forged, single-piece jaw that will wrap completely around the king pin for a superior connection. It will mount right to the above mentioned rail adapter without issue.

You might also consider a hitch that attaches directly to the factory pucks, eliminating the need for an adapter, such as the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3300. This will mount directly to the factory pucks in your truck bed and give you a 20,000 pound towing capacity. The B&W Companion line is considered by many to be the best options available for fifth wheel towing.

I have attached a few video demonstrations on the products mentioned that you can also check out.
