Parts Needed To Install Redarc Brake Controller On A 2024 Hyundai Palisade
Question:
Good afternoon. I need to install an electric trailer brake controller on my 2024 Hyundai Palisade. Preferably the Redarc controller if possible. The Palisade currently has no trailer wiring of any kind. Can you provide the parts I need? Will be taking everything to my mechanic. Thank you

Yes we can definitely set up your 2024 Hyundai Palisade with an electric trailer brake controller. Since there is no trailer wiring currently, you will need both the Curt T-Connector # C43FV and the Universal Install Kit # ETBC7. These two wiring kits combined will contain everything you need for wiring the vehicle. From there you will be able to install a brake controller of your choosing.
If you like the Redarc unit, I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite # RED44FR. The controller will be easy to use, and it is almost completely hidden behind the dash, save for the LED control knob which is about the diameter of a nickel. So it is going to blend very well with the interior of your brand new car.
I know you will be taking this to your mechanic, but I have gone ahead and linked a few install videos for these products below.
