We do offer a trailer wiring harness for your 2009 Subaru Impreza Sedan, Curt custom-fit harness # 56061. This wiring installs at your taillights with snap-together connectors and requires only one wire, the 12V power wire to the battery, to be spliced. The linked article explains how to route that one wire. The written instructions are linked for you as well.
The 4-pole trailer wiring harness you referenced, Tow Ready # 118467, is a fit for several Subaru models including the Forester, Crosstrek and Outback but it is not the correct harness for your 2009 Impreza Sedan.
You may care to look at the linked articles on the basics of towing if that is in your plans.
