Recommended Trailer Hitch Receiver For 2019 Volkswagen Golf
Question:
Will it fit a 2019 VW Golf? In the videos I see that you are putting on a VW wagon and the backs look similar but I’m not sure the dimension similarities. The other hitches for VW you just show GTI’s. Just a regular old 2019 Volkswagen Golf.

I have a different hitch recommendation for you, but the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 24949 you were looking at is only confirmed to fit the 2019 Volkswagen Golf Sportwagen's and will not fit your standard Golf.
Instead we have the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11412 which is currently the only option for your standard 2019 Volkswagen Golf. While the vehicles do appear somewhat similar they are not interchangeable due to vehicle differences.
This hitch is made here in the USA so you know it is a quality hitch, and we have found its powder coat finish to hold up the best overtime to other options.
If you are planning on towing a trailer with your vehicle you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # 118646, ball mount # C45521, 1-7/8" hitch ball # A-80 or 2" hitch ball # A-82, and hitch pin and clip # F-4.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
