2015 Ram 3500
The bolts that came with the receiver stripped while torquing them to the recommended 195ft/lb had to cut them off as they wouldn’t thread back off. Real pita and put me back with work. Would be nice if they came with a quality drill bit to drill the holes in the frame. The hitch wobbles excessively in the 2-1/2 tube, would be nice if it were a tighter fit.

The product came complete, but the shipping condition the box was subpar. The box from e-trailer came riddled with holes and tears. I thought the product was missing items until I checked. Minor dings on the product from the rough condition it was transported but still arrived on time and whole at least.

2016 Dodge Ram Chassis Cab, 9' bed, 34" frame rails.
Extremely beefy trailer hitch. Easy to install, especially with no bed on the truck. The two rear rivets on the Ram frame rail are time consuming to drill out. Clears the rear 52 gallon fuel tank with no problems. It should be noted that the holes where the safety chains would hook are very beefy as well so small chain hooks will not work. Shackles will solve that proble and be more secure at the same time. I'm very happy with my purchas of this hitch and etrailer.com did a great job helping me find the correct hitch and shipping it out fast.

2015 Chevrolet Silverado 3500
This is and always has been a superior product for my use. This hitch is ultimately the best choice to put on our Semi Trucks. It gives me the ability to haul more freight. Now I can haul any reciever hitch or pintle hook load along with my standard 5th wheel loads.

Great product, great quality, comes with all mounting hardware. Free shipping and was delivered just two days after ordering. Only complaint is that it’s advertised to only have to drill out the rivets in the back of the frame but on my truck (2022 ram 4500) you have to drill every hole. Also says you need a 25/32” drill bit which to me is too big, I used a 5/8” and the hole is the perfect sizeOther than that it was easy to install as long as you have the right tools. I order all my hitches and related products from etrailer and will continue to do so.

2015 Chevrolet Silverado 3500
Hitch was installed on a 2015 Chevrolet 3500 with dual fuel tanks.
This hitch fit behind the fuel tank skid plate mounting bolts without relocating the skid plate mounts. The middle bolt lined up over the crossmember requiring a factory rivet to be drilled out, but the hitch is then mounted to two layers of frame
The hitch itself is very well made, the bolt flange is true to the truck frame, good mounting hardware included. it has a flat bedliner type finish on it.

I purchased this hitch for my 2022 Ram 5500. The hitch arrived lightning fast and installation was very simple. The hitch arrived with all the necessary Grade 8 bolts and the entire installation took less than 30 minutes. I did have to drill two holes but that was no issue and it was probably due to the fact that I have a cab and chassis model. The hitch is nice and square and tows well. After a trip from Texas to Washington state all the hitch bolts are still tight and the hitch is still nice and square and the finish looks resilient.

etrailer had the best price for this hitch everywhere else was over $300 before shipping I got the hitch and 3day shipping for $xx.xx and some change.. install was easy but drilling the frame is pain in the butt just because of how solid the metal is.. the instructional video explained everything I needed to know and made the install a breeze.. instructions do come with the hitch however I only referred to them for torque specs.. if you’re mechanically inclined you and a buddy can have this installed in no time.. THIS HITCH WILL WORK WITH A SERVICE BODY THAT HAS A REGULAR J-MODEL BUMPER WITH LITTLE TO NO ISSUE.. I replaced a jerry-rigged POS hitch some “fabricator” made that ultimately almost destroyed the bumper and could’ve killed someone

The receiver hitch is heavy duty and looks to be well built. It fit perfect on my truck, the only tough part about it was working around the flatbed that I already have on the vehicle. So from my personal experience if you don't already have a bed on your truck, put the hitch on prior to putting the bed. It would make the install process much easier. Overall a great product and I would recommend to anyone in the market.
